A portable device, portable attachment to be carried by, two or four wheeled or multi wheel vehicle, to transmit mechanical 'or electrical energy while vehicle is in stationery position, by running the engine of the vehicle, the device is placed beneath the drive wheels of the vehicle, and the device has provision of holding the two wheelers vehicle by inter-19cking its stand ,or holding it by its frame above ground, to provide stability to vehicle from falling to ground; for the multi wheel vehicles, the device has provis,ion of lifting arrangement, to lift and hold the vehicle it self beneath the wheels of the vehicle, WITH IDDELER DEVICE PROVISSION to support for the drive wheels, the device having suitable provision ,of power transmit ion unit to transmit mechanical or electrical energy, being derived from vehicle engine, delive+ed by its drive wheels.
