This invention relates to a novel hepatitis B surface antigen particle containing Pre-S epitopes, which comprises HBV surface antigen fusion polypeptide SSI carrying pre-Sl epitopes on its carboxyl terminal and HBV surface antigen fusion polypeptide SS2 carrying pre-S2 epitopes on its carboxyl terminal. The particle contains pre-S1, pre-S2 and S antigens concurrently, can be expressed in yeast with high expression levels, exists in the form of spherical particles similar to natural HBV surface antigen particles.
