The invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and is meant for removing the deviations of the quadrangular cartilage of nasal septum.The method of removing the deviations of the quadrangular cartilage of nasal septum consists in that after resection of the quadrangular cartilage of nasal septum the latter is compressed up to a thickness of 2,0…2,5 mm and there are concomitantly made therein perforations, and afterwards there are staggered cuts on both sides of the cartilage.
