Described herein are the background and basis of the Specific Immunotherapy developed by Dr. Ruiz Castaneda and continued by the inventor??s work team in order to develop alternative and complementary treatments for immune system diseases. Described is the process for collecting and treating urine sediments from healthy people and patients suffering from autoimmune diseases in order to obtain a vial Isotonic Saline Complex. Said complex originates specific antigens upon reaction with antibodies using the Complement Fixation Test described in the present invention. Sterility is ascertained using established microbiological techniques, as well as power, regarding antigen concentrations found in the vial isotonic saline complex.
