The process comprises the following steps: (A) providing an electroforming die with at least one electrically conducting region and at least one electrically insulating region; (B) electroforming a first metal layer (14) on top of the electrically conducting region so that the electrically insulating region is partly covered by overgrowth; (C) pacifying the exposed surface of the first metal layer; (D) electroforming a second metal layer on top of the pacified surface of the first metal layer so that an assembly of the first and second metal layers is formed which completely covers the electrically insulating region; (E) removing the assembly from the die; (F) applying at least one supplementary electrically insulating region on the side of the assembly where the surfaces of the first and second metal layers are exposed, so that this insulating region covers the exposed surface of the second metal layer on the side of the assembly; (G) electroforming a third metal layer (34) on top of the exposed surface of the first layer; and (H) removing the supplementary electrically insulating region and the second metal layer.
