The plants are supported by wires (7, 8) with different thicknesses, the overhead wires extending in the container length direction being thinner than the overhead wires extending in the container cross-direction. The container has at least two roller bearings (10) for moving it along a track and includes at least one upright (5) for supporting a mesh used to support the plants being cultivated. The mesh is made from a rigid wire material. An independent claim is also included for a mobile cultivation system, especially for cut flowers which can only be harvested once, comprising a hydroponic system including the above containers, in which water is supplied via outlets located in a funnel region.
