A rainwater collection plate (6) is fixed to the bottom side of the frame (1) and at least one opening is provided in the construction element above the plate surface, so that rainwater can flow sideways across the plate surface from the bottom side of the frame. The frame at least partly comprises a grid made up of metal strips (2, 3) extending at right angles to the plate. The openings are formed by perforations in the strips.
