Frying unit incorporates high frequency dielectric heating installation, induction and resistive heating

The frying unit incorporates a high frequency dielectric heating installation, induction and resistive heating. The high frequency dielectric heating installation has a high frequency oscillation chain (2,4,6,8,10) for production of a high frequency electrical signal. The oscillation chain has electrode devicse for production in a holder of an electrical field for transmission of capacity of the oscillation chain to the frying medium and a product located in it. The frying medium can also be heated by induction (38) and resistive (42) heating. The frying unit, outside an operating temperature rnage, is capable of activating resistive and induction heating and in the operating tempreature range can function with the induction heating together with the high frequency dielectric heating installation.
