The system and infrastructure are for online mutual communication and patient dossier formation between a general practitioner and an independently working operator and related parties. Under the responsibility of a general practitioner simple medical treatment can be independently carried out. The invention provides for care in teh handling of the quality of the offered attention and for the privacy and secrecy of the patient data in their medical dossier. If required, the patient general practitioner can obtain access to the dossier for investigation purposes. The system and infrastructure are suitable for, but not limited to, the medical-cosmetic care sector, in circumstances where individual general practitioners work in conjunction with several well-established and trusted consultants and various other parties, such as pharmacists, administrative and logistical service suppliers and other providers of goods and services.
