A control feedback system and method for bulk material industrial processes using automated object or particle analysis

A control system is disclosed for industrial bulk material processing, using automated object or particle analysis. The system measures a particle characteristic, compares the measured characteristic to an optimal characteristic definition, and selects corrective action to be taken in response to the comparison. A control line network transfers control signals to processing units in response to the selected corrective action to be taken.
