A combination of a thrombolytic agent and levosimendan for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction

Disclosed is a medical product comprising, separately or together, as active ingredients a thrombolytic agent and levosimendan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a combined preparation. A combination therapy for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is described, wherein a combination of a thrombolytic agent and levosimendan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is to be administered to a patient. The combination synergistically reduces mortality of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
