Refers to a Pharmaceutical composition in the form of Pleconaril Solution comprising: (a); (b) a Solvent comprising a triglyceride prepared from a mixture of saturated fatty acids, such as: (i) Capric acid in an amount of 30% to 40% in weight, caprylic acid (ii) in an amount of 50% 65% by weight, and (iii) Fatty Acids with a chain length of C6C12 and C14 in an amount of 5%; (c) a corticosteroid such as dexamethasone, Mometasone furoate, budesonide, among others; (d) as a decongestant oxymetazoline, pseudoephedrine, Naphazoline, among others); and an aqueous Carrier comprising microcrystalline Cellulose and carboxialquilcelulosa of Alkali metal; and (f) other active Agent such as an antihistamine, anti-inflammatory,Expectorant, among others. Said composition is useful as an aerosol for Inhalation in the treatment of respiratory diseases
