The invention relates to a hot foam generating product for radioactive decontamination which is intended for radioactive decontamination and to a process for preparing the same. The product is based on binary and ternary synergistic mixtures of surfactants, complexants and hydrotrops. The process consists in dosing the raw materials and adjuvants while continuously stirring at a temperature of 40A C.
