The invention relates to a game for generating and solving anagrams, comprising a playing grid (a) having some consecutive rows (b) consisting of some equal spaces (c) in increasing/decreasing number, so that the number of spaces (c) constantly varies, whereon some pieces (d) labeled with alphabet letters are located, said pieces (d) being selected and extracted from some boxes (e) where the pieces (d) are orderly arranged, a box (e) for each alphabet letter, the anagram being obtained by choosing a word and exposing on the playing grid (a) the pieces (d) labeled with letters composing the chosen word, the playing pieces (d) forming the chosen word being repositioned on the playing grid (a) by changing the position of one or several pieces (d), by dividing them in groups of pieces and by changing their position, by accidentally mixing or by positioning the pieces (d) on the grid (a) in alphabetic order or in reverse-alphabetic order.
