The invention relates to a composition and to a process for obtaining a corrosion-preventing foaming composition meant to be used for discharging the formation water from the bottom of the gas and/or condensate wells, to which, after decreasing the deposit energy, there is no longer ensured the liquid lifting. The corrosion-preventing foaming composition for discharging the water accumulated in the gas and/or condensate and water wells ensures the foaming effect by that, of the total of the composition, the nonylphenole polyethoxylated with 40 molecules of ethylene oxide, represents a ratio of 70...90% by weight, the nonylephenole polyethoxilated with 16 molecules of ethylene oxide is in ratio of 3-7% by weight and the rest of the components are linear sodium alkyl benzene sulphonate between 3-8% by weight, R-COONa sodium soap between 2-5% by weight, R being CH3 (CH2) n, with R ranging between 12-16, flakes of caustic soda between 1-2% by weight and a corrosion inhibitor between 1-5% by weight. The process for preparing a corrosion-preventing foaming composition for discharging the water gathered in the gas and/or condensate wells consists in hot mixing at over 60 C, in an open reactor, by continuously stirring the nonylephenole polyethoxylate in a ratio of 70-90% by weight, with 40 molecules of ethylene oxide, the nonylphenole polyethoxilate with 16 molecules of ethylene oxide in a ratio of 3-7% and after the entire mixture is completely dissolved there is added alkylbenzene sodium sulphonate between 3-8% by weight, R-COONa sodium soap between 2-5% by weight, flakes of caustic soda between 1-2% by weight and a corrosion inhibitor between 1-5% by weight.
