The preparation for preventing the repeated occurrence of calcium-oxalate and urate based urinary calculi consists of crystallization inhibitors: magnesium, citrate, bicarbonate and vitamin B6. The maximum daily dose of the individual crystallisation inhibitor in the preparation is: potassium citrate up to 40.8 g/day, sodium bicarbonate up to 24.8 g/day (in the case of joint use of citrate and bicarbonate the quantity may not exceed 3 mmol/kg of the patient's body weight), magnesium glucuronate up to 51.4 g/day and vitamin B6 up to 200 mg/day.
