An appliance for increase of effectiveness of wind energy use in electric carts has a receiver of head air flow, wind power plant and outlet pipe, this is directed down under the bottom of the electric car. To the unit n receivers of head air flow are included, those are arranged as cone-like pipes connected to the common cone-like pipe where windmill is placed, this is connected to the module for use of electric energy.
