METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING SEVERITY OF GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS

The method for diagnosing the severity of the generalized periodontitis consists in intracellular microelectrophoresis in the samples of the oral; mucosa prior to and after the course of the treatment. The electonegativity of nuclei in epithelial cells is calculated in percents. The decrease in electonegativity percentage by more than 39% is a diagnostic sign of the severity of the generalized periodontitis.
