The method for the topical treatment of pyo-necrotic process in the syndrome of the diabetic foot comprises the surgical treatment and sanitization of the focus followed by sorption and application therapy. In addition, the step-by-step mechanical necrectomy and the controlled biooxydative necrolysis are performed using the proteolytic enzymes. The non-traumatic carbonaceous serviette is used for the sorption and application therapy.
