METHOD FOR REHABILITATING PATIENTS AFTER CEREBRAL HEMISPHERIC ISCHEMIC VASCULAR ACCIDENT

The method for rehabilitating the patients after the cerebral hemispheric ischemic vascular accident comprises medicamentous and magnetolaser therapy. The magnetolaser therapy comprises the exposure of the projection of the ischemic lesion onto the bifurcation area of the carotid artery with the frequency modulation of 37.5 Hz. In addition, the area of C8-Th3 projection of the spinal segments and the paretic limb are exposed to magnetolaser treatment with the frequency modulation of 10 Hz. The parameters of the magnetolaser treatment are such as follows: the magnetic induction of 15 mT, the laser output of 15-40 mW, the contact area of the exposure up to 0.5 cm2, the energy input of 2-6 J/cm2, the exposition of 10 minutes. The duration of the treatment course is 15 days.
