The method for the regional thrombolytic therapy of thrombosis in deep veins of vena cava inferior system comprises the administration of the thrombolytic agent directly into the thrombus in the case of the passable distal venous bed and the previously implanted cava-filter. The thrombolytic agent is administered by the catheter located in the distal margin of the thrombotic masses.
