METHOD OF UTILIZATION OF FLY ASHES OF THERMOELECTRIC STATIONS

A method of utilization of fly ashes of thermoelectric stations includes flotation of pulp with obtaining of non-carbon ashes and carbon-containing product. The preparation of initial pulp on the basis of disintegration with subsequent screening and deposition of large fraction with obtaining of magnetic and nonmagnetic products is conducted prior to flotation. From the thin fraction the carbon-containing product is obtained by reagent-free flotation. Then non-carbon ashes are separated on the basis of preliminarily set density and coarseness with sequential isolation of spheres and finely dispersed mineral mixture.
