A barrel of short-barrel rifle arms for shooting cartridges with non-fatal action has the barrel itself, this consists of two connected to each other with axial symmetry front and back cylinders with constant outer diameter of each of the cylinders, and boss fixed on the back cylinder. To exclude possibility of use of cartridges with fatal action the barrel additionally has insert of cylindrical type with constant in diameter inner channel placed in the channel of the barrel. In the boss at the side wall additional depression of cylindrical type is provided, for additional fixation pin.
