A method for assessing the dysadaptation in children includes research of blood, quantitative concentration of cortisol in the blood serum and quantitative concentration of adrenocorticotropic hormone - ACTH in blood plasma are determined. At the indices of cortisol concentration of 285.43+- 21.30 nmol/l and ACTH concentration of 41.12+- 11.65-pg/ml normal adaptation is identified. At the indices of cortisol concentration below the standard and ACTH concentration above the standard development of processes of dysadaptation and stress is identified.
