METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF COPPER IN BLOOD GRANULOCYTES

摘要

Method for determination of cooper in blood granulocytes includes blood sampling, preparation of smear, its dyeing, washing in distillated water, drying in air, determination by means of light microscope presence of cooper in blood granulocytes by dark-green color of cyto-chemical reaction. Additionally one performs fixation of smear in formalin vapor, and dyeing is performed during 3 hours at 70 DEGREE C in mix that contains 1 volumetric part of saturated spirit solution of rubeane acid, 19 volumetric parts of 2 % water solution of sodium acetate, 0.02 volumetric parts of 25 % of water solution of ammonium hydroxide.
