The method for the surgical treatment of the instability of the shoulder joint due to Bancart injury provides for generating cylindrical canal in the edge of the articular surface of the scapula and installing the intraosteal anchor with the lavsan fiber connecting the articular capsule with the neck of scapula. The diameter of the canal exceeds 1.2-1.5-fold the maximal transverse dimension of the anchor. The fiber is connected with the anchor through the opening made eccentrically relative to its axis. The anchor is inserted into the canal in such a way that their longitudinal axes traverse at the acute angle. The anchor is fixed inside the canal by the tension of the fiber.
