Method for extraction of salt layer from salt crystallization ponds at production of sea crystallized salt is in fact that at the end of evaporation season one discharges brine from salt crystallization ponds with drying upper layer of crystallized salt from which mother brines flow out, at that extraction of salt layer includes mechanized operations on salt removal by means of salt combine and carrying salt out with motor carriers with cars, at that salt combine moves at bottom of the pond along its long side, as salt combine one uses salt combine of type SL-4. Behind in parallel to motion of salt combine at pond bottom cleaned from salt and along two short sides of pond one lays temporary light railway for motion of motor carrier with cars, at that light railway is in mechanized way displaced after displacement of salt combine over bottom of the pond.
