METHOD FOR CRYOPRESERVING OF DOG'S EMBRYONAL LIVER CELLS

A method for cryopreserving dog's embryonic liver cells includes use of a cryopreserving medium, mixing, freezing. The cryopreserving medium comprising polyvinylpyrrolidone (mM 12300-12600), glucose, lactose, sodium hydrocitrate, disubstituted sodium phosphate, bidistilled water is added to the cell suspension and frozen in three stages: with the rate of 0.5-1.0 DEGREE C/min up to minus 8.5-10.5 DEGREE C, with the rate of 1.0-4.5 DEGREE C/min up to minus 30-40 DEGREE C, with the rate of 10-12 DEGREE C/min. up to minus 130-196 DEGREE C.
