METHOD FOR VISUALIZATION OF THE BRAIN STATUS IN INSULT PATIENTS

A method for visualization of the brain status in insult patients consists in examination by in vivo 1H magnetic-resonance spectroscopy of magnetic-resonance characteristics of signals of protons of the basic cerebral metabolites: N-acetylaspartat, creatinine, choline, that can be observed in the nuclear magnetic resonance spectra in injured and intact brain tissue. There are selected 6 types of relations of the basic cerebral metabolites (spectral configurations) and those that are typical for acute - 5* and 6 *, subacute - 3* and 4* and chronic - 1* and 2* stages of disease are determined.
