METHOD FOR CORRECTION OF PHYSIOLOGICAL PROCESSES AND CONTENT OF NITRATES IN THE MILK OF LACTATING COWS WHEN FEEDING GREEN MASS OF CEREAL-LEGUMINOUS MIXTURES

A method for correction of physiological processes and content of nitrates in the milk of lactating cows when feeding green mass of cereal-leguminous mixtures involves daily supplementation of feed rations of lactating cows balanced according to feeding standards by all nutrients with addition of vitaminic and mineral additives, a high protein green mass nitrates content of which is regulated by amount and quality of inorganic fertilizers appliedto soil with humus when growing thereof. During summer period daily green mass of vetch-oat-pea mixture at the stage of milky-wax ripeness are fed to lactating cows. Green mass is grown on soils to which ammonium nitrate is additionally applied at general degree of ground inorganic fertilization N30-60P75K75.
