The method for treating the newly recognized local (medium-sized destructions of pulmonary tissue, limited dissemination and infiltration) destructive pulmonary tuberculosis

A method for treating the newly recognized local destructive pulmonary tuberculosis comprises the use of the base antimicobacterial therapy of intensive phase of treatment of tuberculosis. Intravenous introduction of ozonized sodium chloride physiological solution is conducted in the setting of the base antimicobacterial therapy. Concentration of ozone-oxygen mixture for solution barbotage in a volume 200,0 ml mg/l grows from 2 mg/l on an exit from an ozonator at the first procedure (with a step on 2 mg/l) to 12 mg/l. The solution barbotage is conducted at pressure of oxygen 2 atmospheres, stream of oxygen 0,5-1,0 l on a 1minute and duration 10 minutes. Introduction of ozonized physiological solution of this concentration proceeds further to the amount 18 procedures. The first four-five introductions are conducted daily, and further - every other day to completion of course. If necessary, the course of ozonotherapy is repeated in 4-6 months.
