A METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF SENSITIVITY OF BACTERIA AND FUNGI TO ANTIBIOTICS WHEN CULTIVATING THEM IN HUMAN CELLS

A method for determination of sensitivity of bacteria and fungi to antibiotics when cultivating them in a human cells includes the cultivation of bacteria and fungi isolated from the patient, in mediums with use of antibiotics disks. Beforehand includes cultivation, bacteria, isolated from the patient, or fungi, in pricking off the human cells culture within 24 hours at 37 DEGREE C with the further detection of those antibiotics, which do not result into change of microorganisms' sensitivity in the conditions, approximated to those of a human organism.
