METHOD FOR ORGAN-SPARING OPERATIVE INTERVENTION AT SPLEEN TRAUMATIC INJURIES OF THE III-IV DEGREES

A method for organ-maintaining operative intervention at the spleen traumatic injuries of the III-IV degrees comprises laparotomy, abdominoscopy, gastrocolic ligament dissection, splenic artery initial overpancreatic part separation, temporary clamp imposition on splenic artery trunk distally to the dorsal pancreatic artery branching site, spleen mobilization, hemostasis monitoring, abdominal cavity sanation and the left subphrenic space draining and laparotomy wound tightly closur. After organ mobilization the clamps are applied on the 1th and 2th order splenic artery branches and veins, saving of parenchyma part on the spleen hilum area. The spleen injured part is cut off, and the marked vessels are ligated distally to the saved parenchyma and the cut plane is covered by the "TachoComb" plate.
