PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ALCOHOL ETHERS (OF BIODIESEL)

A process for the preparation of alcohol ethers (of biodiesel) comprises mixing vegetable oils with alcohols and catalyst, heating and synthesizing ethers by means of cavitation phenomena with formation of hydrocarbon radicals and thereafter purification of alcohol ethers from organic admixtures, alcohol and water. The original mixture is heated and alcohol ethers are synthesized in series by cavitation cycles with use of cavitation heat and heat of etherification reaction in the intermediary heat exchanger, in which concentration of hydrocarbon radicals is maximally increased.
