The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy. A highly titanium ferroalloy, which contains titanium and iron, obtained by two-stage melting in the electrical furnace from ilmenite, cast iron and/or steel scrap, electrode breakage and/or coke, lime and/or limestone, withdrawing slag, which contains titanium oxide, and part of iron melt at the first stage, melting main charge of crushed slag of the first stage and aluminium with forming ferroalloy, at that at the second stage melting is performed under the layer of flux of consumed electrode, which contains in the form of filling material main charge, closed in the steel sheath at that the formed ferroalloy contains 68.0 - 78.7 % by weightof titanium, 19.3 - 30.0 % by weight of iron and to 1.98 % by weight of admixtures. The invention provides obtaining the high titanium ferroalloy with an increase in content of titanium to 78.7 % by weight in the form of marketable ingot and decrease of the level of consumptions for obtaining unit of production.
