The device for the current evacuation of the people from the high-rise buildings contains the descent shaft containing the endless flexible element with the appliances holding the evacuated people. The evacuation shaft is designed as the elastic meshed hose made of the fireproof and stretch-proof material. The raising and descending branches of the endless flexible element contain the appliances holding the evacuated people attached at the equal distances one from another and representing the fixed ball-like rail posts and the demountable seats of bicycle type attached in the perpendicular to the endless flexible element. The support of the endless flexible element is designed as the pulley mounted on the support frame with the recesses forthe rail posts and the brake disks adjoining the lateral surfaces capable of engaging with the hinged hand-rail in the frame via the wedge-shaped brake shoes.
