ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC DRIVE WITH A FREQUENCY CONVERTER

The proposed asynchronous electric drive with a frequency converter contains an independent voltage inverter, an asynchronous motor, a direct voltage source, a pulse converter for controlling the output voltage of the inverter, a control unit for the pulse converter, a unit for interlocking control pulses depending on the operating mode of the drive, and a unit for setting the output voltage and frequency of the inverter. The pulse converter contains a transistor, a pulse former, a diode, a capacitor, an inductance coil, and additionally, the second diode, which is connected inversely in parallel to the first diode, and the second transistor, which is connected inversely in parallel to the first transistor. The control unit generates pulses for controlling the transistors of the converter.
