The invention relates to the postal service, namely to the devices for intermediate storage of the posting at delivery thereof to the addressee. A mail box with electron system of posting collection control can have various embodiment and comprises a device for posting collection recording which is fastened to the mail box and is made with possibility of identification of mail box, posting collection time, giving fault signal and with possibility of connecting to a reading device for interaction at unlocking of blocking unit. A dispatcher workstation comprises a personal computer with communication devices providing for information readout, testing and programming of the reading device and autonomous coding unit of the device for postal interception recording. A method for posting collection and control of delivery thereof relates to the order of posting collection, information processing at the automated controller working position and finding optimal variants of route passing. The invention provides for increasing reliability and quality of operation.
