The invention relates to branch of safety devices preventing premises flooding with water. Appliance has ball valve 1 with control means 2. Valve 1 is mounted to pipelines 42, 43 of cold and hot water in the place of branching from standpipes and inlet to flat. Means 2 has drive for manual opening of valve 1 as handle 13 and drive of automated closing of valve 1 with torque spring 25, spring-supported stopper 28, two-arm lever 32 and electric magnet 36. For manual closing of valve 1 the second arm 37 of lever 32 goes out of the body 4. Means for automated activation of electric magnet 36 has water sensors 51 operating at presence of water or moisture on the floor of premises. The invention provides automated closing of valves 1 at water coming upon sensors 51, termination of water inflow to flat and its flooding.
