METHOD FOR CULTIVATION OF COPEPODS CALANUS EUXINUS (BLACK SEA CALANUS)

The invention relates to a method for cultivation of copepods Calanus euxinus (Black Sea calanus) which provides for females catching, obtaining eggs and nauplii therefrom in artificial conditions, feeding with sea microalgae. Catched females are kept in disinfectant solution at temperature of 15 DEGREE C for 1.5 hours with addition of Exuviaella cordata microalgae, thereafter the preparation procedure for synchronization of mass production of eggs is carried out, synchronic hatching is stimulated and synchronic age cohorts of calanus are obtained.
