The method is for the production of a product sheet to provide details of various goods, such as producer goods code and samples together with details of tests which goods have undergone. Data is read into the product sheet from that contained in data bases and is printed or written on the product sheet. A grip device (5) recovers information from the data base as to which sample (4) shall be obtained from a matrix magazine (6). The grip device places the goods sample on a provided location (12) on the product sheet. The matrix magazine contains several cassettes (7) placed one on the other, each containing several compartments (10) in which different goods samples are placed.
