THe brake disk and its connecting part are of materials with different solidity, with the disk limiting a central aperture. This aperture allows the disk to be accommodated on a correspondingly formed shaft. To impart improved solidity properties to the disk, the central aperture is limited by a connecting part partly cast into the brake rings and is of a more solid amterial than the brake rings. The connecting part has through apertures which communicate with a free space between the brake rings.
