The method involves producing or changing conductor tracks (2) to a desired shape. The conductor tracks are provided with a sheath (1) with a predetermined cross-section such that they are isolated from one another and from the surrounding area completely or except for predetermined sections (3), along the axial direction. The sheath is in the form of a ribbon and the conductor tracks incorporated in the ribbon cable. The cross section of the sheath and the conductor tracks are reduced to perforation points (4) at predetermined intervals along the axial direction.
