Installation and quality control method of laser welding seams in automated processes.; It is based on the analysis, in the frequency domain and the time domain, electromagnetic emissions generated in the laser welding process, associated with the plasma column and to the molten material produced. Detecting light emissions is through two photodiodes sensitive to two different, infrared and visible-ultraviolet spectral ranges. The analysis of the detected signals is performed for the frequency case, through a harmonic distortion based on the frequency spectrum algorithm, determining the quality of the cord by a neural network. In the case of the analysis in the time domain classification it is performed by a search based on sudden changes in the signal algorithm.
