The device has an extended tray formed with rectangular contour, and provided with a cross-section formed with a concave portion. The concave portion is connected to a flat portion which is connected to another curved portion. The concave portion and curved portion have concave faces adapted to receive tubular conduits, and convex faces adapted for support on a surface. Connectors and fixing components are provided to respectively connect and fix the tubular conduits to the profile of the extended tray.
