The dispenser has a tubular body formed in truncated conical shape for storing the plastic pipes containing the products that must not be touched by the hands of the user. The tubular body is formed with a closed end and an open end, in which a lid is provided to close the open end of the tubular body. The tubular body is formed with wide side windows and tilting arms. The tilting arms are integrated with the tubular body, and arranged to be pressed to initiate the dispensing operation.
