The identification of protein polymerization inhibition compounds comprises application of the minimum region of the protein phosphorylated by PKA in Alzheimer's disease patients. Also claimed is a process using the technique. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process also employs treatment with specific compounds such as menadione sodium bisulfite inducing polymerization.
