Device for limiting the flow at low differential pressures, particularly for limiting the volumetric inhalation flow during inhalation of therapeutic aerosols, consisting of a box (11, 31, 44) with at least one suction opening (14, 34, 53 ), at least one inhalation opening (15, 35), and flow zone disposed therebetween with at least one flexible wall (18, 20, 28, 39, 52) whose cross section can be reduced, depending on the depression between the inhalation opening (15, 35) and the suction opening (14) and flexibility of wall material, to a preset value for a volumetric flow rate of maximum inhalation predetermined, characterized in that flow zone has at least one flow channel (23, 30) with a flat elongated cross section.
