Process for removing a hydrocarbon solvent solution of a hydrogenated block copolymer in the hydrocarbon solvent to give said hydrogenated block copolymer by hydrogenating a block copolymer comprising: at least one polymer A selected from the group block consisting in (a-1) a block composed only of units of vinyl aromatic monomer, and (a-2) a copolymer block comprising units of vinyl aromatic monomer units and conjugated diene monomer, wherein the content of monomer units aromatic vinyl compound in the copolymer block a is 50% by weight or more, and at least one polymer block B selected from the group consisting of (B-1) a block composed only of units of conjugated diene monomer, and (B-2) a copolymer block comprising monomer units and conjugated diene units of vinyl aromatic monomer, with the content in units of conjugated diene monomer in the copolymer block B exceeds 50% by weight, the weight ratio between the units of vinyl aromatic monomer units and said conjugated diene monomer in the range of 5/95 being comprised and 95/5, said hydrogenated block copolymer a hydrogenation degree of 30% or higher with respect to the double bonds of the units of conjugated diene monomer.
