The method involves printing figures and letters on a label or signboard while centering in an outline using screen printing process of predetermined characteristic, such that the figures and letters can be read by vision and by tactile method. The screen printing process is performed without loosing the original characteristics of the label or signboard and without affecting the photoluminescent characteristic of the label or signboard.
